After breakfast I was treated to a much needed coffee.

Lunch today was;
Half a cup of chili, mixed in with half a cup of pasta.
Two cups of garden carrots!!
I only really enjoy carrots when they are fresh. Baby carrots never do the carrot flavor justice!
