Hey everyone!
Today has been a win so far on the food front. I have been making good choices, including fruits and veggies into every meal and making sure to make all around better choices. One of the things I love so far about Weight Watchers is the fact that I do not feel limited to what I can and can not eat. Fruits and veggies are the better choice, they end up not using as many of my points allowance, but I can still indulge if I want to . Case in point last night.
I was really craving Thai soup. I love the sweet, sour and fiery heat of Thai cooking and I really wanted to try and recreate one of my favourite meals. I went to the store and bought most of the ingredients I needed ( Damn you Save On for not having lemongrass) and got home and went straight into the kitchen. The soup was super easy and turned out great but I want to tweak it a little bit more before I share the recipe. It needed a bit more heat and I really want an excuse to make it again.
I don’t have a lot to share today. Studying is still my priority, and everything else seems to just be falling into place nicely. Tonight is my first night back at the gym so I am pretty excited about that. I know my body wants to be moving so I am not going to hold it back anymore. Daily exercise is good for the body and for the mind. I need all the help I can get right now!
