Hey Everyone!
I thought I would do a quick check in and let you know how I have been. I am in the midst of final exams right now so needless to say life is a little bit hectic. On that note thought I am very excited to be done my first year of university. It sounds weird to say that even. My eating has been ok. I am not always making the healthiest choices but overall I am proud of what I am doing. As someone who turns to food as soon as it gets stressful exam week usually means hell to my waistline.
I am looking forward to tests being done for a few reasons. First off all I am going to see Elton John up in Grande Prairie on April 26th. y excitement can not be contained, the show is going to be great! After I get back from that concert I start work full time again for the summer. I am excited to start making some money again. The sooner the summer starts the healthier my bank account is. I am not sure if I have mentioned it on the blog yet but I am road tripping to Seattle this August with my aunt and cousin. Does anyone have any must haves for places to see and eat at down that way?
This post is all about the random. I just finished a jumbo red bull ( I know it isn’t healthy) so I am full of energy at the moment. Today is one of those days that I need to find an outlet for my energy. One of the perks of going back to work on a normal schedule is having a routine again. I will be able to pre-plan work outs with a little bit more consistency. Getting my butt into gear is going to feel great! After all my first ten km race is in 36 days. It is coming up so fast.
